It's not clear whether or when over-the-top services from Intel and Sony will launch because of difficulties in securing carriage deals with programmers, which are concerned about negatively affecting their relationships with traditional TV operators, Brian Stelter writes. Intel has pushed back the launch of its OnCue service to sometime next year, while Sony has yet to announce a launch a start date for its offering; neither has released details about its programming.
