Mars to shift ad duties

Mars Inc. will realign its advertising partnerships at the start of 2005, sending many of its ad duties to Omnicon Group, while keeping Grey Global Group for some interactive and direct marketing duties. Grey handled $53 million of ad duties for Mars last year.
