New government building offers hope to South L.A. neighborhood

The community in a South Los Angeles area devastated by riots in 1992 is hoping a new office building will help revive the neighborhood. The building is expected to house up to 1,000 Los Angeles County government employees who could bring needed business to nearby shops and restaurants.
