NCA: Mini Halloween candy can spur talks about health

Though consumers are expected to spend more than $2 billion on candy for Halloween this year, according to NCA, the choices for what candy to buy can be overwhelming. But there is an upside: Parents can use the mini versions of candy to discuss portion control, says NCA spokeswoman Susan Fussell.
