Curious about what makes a creative leader?

The authors of a six-year study on creative leaders say that inquisitiveness -- the kind usually associated with young children -- is the characteristic that sets such leaders apart. But the trait usually dies out early, because children quickly conclude that asking questions makes them appear foolish. "By the time they're grown up and are in corporate settings, they have already had the curiosity drummed out of them," says study co-author Hal Gregersen.
