Halloween spending expected to dip

The number of consumers planning to celebrate Halloween this year fell more than 2% over 2008 to 62.1%, a survey found. Average predicted spending is $20.75 on costumes, $17.99 on candy, $14.95 on decorations and $3.02 on greeting cards.
