Obama expresses his commitment to climate-change bill

President Barack Obama said he is "deeply committed" to the success of Senate legislation that seeks to curb greenhouse-gas emissions, even as his administration said the measure is unlikely to be passed this year. Obama also said that the draft will advance his goals to overhaul the country's energy policy. The climate bill is expected to create jobs and boost "clean energy incentives that foster innovation," he added.
