House accepts Senate's version of budget bill for NASA

The House voted late Wednesday to approve the Senate's version of a $19 billion fiscal 2011 budget proposal for NASA. The bill would provide funds for an additional shuttle flight, start development of a heavy-lift booster for deep-space exploration and provide money to develop manned spacecraft for trips to low-Earth orbit.
