Mostashari: Go with "good enough" for exchange standards

National HIT Coordinator Dr. Farzad Mostashari pressed the HIT Standards Committee to come up with "good enough" transport standards to advance the Nationwide Health Information Network Exchange, saying it is more risky to hold back than move forward. "We can't afford to wait another five years before we have exchange in this country," he said.
