Former Morton's the Steakhouse CEO Christopher Artinian may wear fewer suits and see smaller average checks in his new role as President and CEO of 66-unit Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill, but the focus on quality remains the same, he said. "We were certainly very expensive, the most expensive. But I feel quality experience is blind to price point."
