Eurozone inflation falls to 1.1%

Annual inflation in the eurozone fell to 1.1% in September, opening up space for the European Central Bank to inject more stimulus into the region's stumbling economy as needed. The low rate is considered a further gauge of the eurozone's difficulties in reigniting an economy that only recently emerged from recession.
