Occasional indulgence in a burger and fries doesn't mean you can't control your levels of calories, sodium, saturated fats and refined carbohydrates, registered dietitian Molly Kimball writes. Among her "better than the 'worst picks' ": regular hamburgers from McDonald's and Burger King, chicken nuggets from Chick-fil-A, veggie fries from Smashburger and a Mediterranean chicken salad from Panera Bread.
