Study: Investors are turning to mobile to monitor accounts

Mobile is gaining ground among investors, with more adopting smartphones and tablets and 3% of investors now checking account balances by phone, according to a report by Forrester Research. "Digital touchpoints have become the channel of choice for most affluent consumers," said Bill Doyle, Forrester vice president and principal analyst.
