Jazz musician sues Japanese stores over use of his name

In one of the more unusual litigation cases, jazz musician Cecil McBee has sued Japanese companies that are using his name without his consent to sell everything from teen clothes to credit cards. McBee says the use of his name for such commercial purposes is hurting him in many ways; for example, an online search of his name now generates findings for a slew of products.
