NASA to award $500 million in contracts for moon, Mars exploration

Hundreds of companies are competing for contracts to work on NASA's moon and Mars projects. Winning projects will get awards worth up to $40 million over the next two to four years. Boeing leads in the number of projects, with 34 selected by NASA to submit full proposals. Northrop Grumman had 29 finalists.
