Study: Real estate ads going online in serious numbers

Real estate ads, traditionally a reliable source of revenue for newspapers, are increasingly going online. This year, real estate agents will spend almost $1.3 billion, or 11.2% of their ad budgets, on online ads, according to a Borrell Associates study, "2004 Analysis: Online Real Estate Advertising Comes of Age."
