Restaurant chains reintroduce specials

With traffic down 6.2% in July, restaurant chains such as Red Lobster, Olive Garden and Applebee's are turning to all-you-can-eat promotions as a way to court customers. The promotions can work well, as most diners don't eat more than they do with a regular meal, experts say.
