Climate change will be key priority on Obama's trip to China

President Barack Obama will discuss climate change with government officials when he visits China next month. The U.S. hopes to cooperate with China on energy policies and on climate-change technology, White House officials said. Obama also hopes to make progress with China on climate issues before a treaty is discussed in December in Copenhagen.
