Hedge funds prefer New York to London

A number of major hedge funds are relocating to New York from London, according to a report by the U.K. promotional organization International Financial Services London. About 2% of hedge funds have left the British capital, and New York has gained about 2% more of the funds. The change indicates the end of a trend since the beginning of this decade in which London has grown steadily as a financial capital at the expense of New York.
