New grads need to consider wider range of nursing jobs

Nursing school graduates who were told only a few years ago the profession was recession-proof now are having a tough time landing their first job. Experts say new grads often want to work in acute-care hospitals, but in today's economy they need to be open to working at other types of health care facilities to gain experience.
