Outlet centers see 2 quarters of declining vacancy rates

Outlet centers have seen low vacancy rates during the recession even as malls and shopping centers see their vacancy rates approach record highs. Outlet centers have posted declining vacancy rates in the past two quarters after hitting a high of 5.56% for the three months that ended March 31.
