Tube feeding boosts child's health, not quality of life

Pediatric researchers said tube feeding for children with severe neurological impairment did not result in an improvement in quality of life but did have a positive effect on health. Data showed the children gained weight over time and parents felt tube feeding also made it easier to give medications.
