Augmented-reality technology from Aurasma lets readers of Fairchild Fashion Media's Footwear News bring its print pages to life with videos from brands such as Jimmy Choo and Christian Dior using the FN Sexy Shoes application. "We already had a digital component ... but this new augmented-reality experience allowed us to be on mobile and tablets and keep the print content relevant and interactive," said Danielle McMurray, director of integrated marketing and social projects at Fairchild, New York.
