Virgin Mobile South Africa chief aims for turnaround

Virgin Mobile's new CEO for South Africa, Jonathan Marchbank, is aiming for 600,000 new customers over the next three years. The plan seeks to turn around the lagging fortunes of the carrier in the country, Marchbank said. The company is looking to a partnership with Friendi, a mobile virtual network operator based in the Middle East, to aid its market push.
