Virginia HOA opens free library for residents

The Fairview Mews Homeowners Association in Arlington, Va., opened the Little Free Library in August as a place residents can meet and to encourage children to read. "[We did this] to promote a sense of community and to promote a love of reading," says Rob Walter, president of the association's board. "I just think that was a great idea, waiting for a place to go."
