College students teach company executives about social media

Companies, such as Mars, Johnson & Johnson and Citibank, are launching reverse-mentoring programs in which young people partner with business executives to teach them about social media. Citibank recently launched such a program in which 15 students from the University of Miami were matched with company executives to evaluate mobile payments, communicating with millennial customers, digital retail and more.
