Ind. district to purchase Acer laptops, carts

An Indiana school district will invest $220,000 in 330 Acer laptop computers for its one-to-one technology program, besides spending $14,700 on carts to hold the computers. For now, the district is providing devices for students to use in the classroom, but eventually the district hopes to be able to provide laptops for students to take home as well.
