Menopausal women can benefit from yoga, study indicates

Research by Group Health Research Institute found that sleep improved in menopausal women who took a 12-week yoga class. The practice did not, however, help with hot flashes or night sweats. The study, published in the journal Menopause, involved 249 previously sedentary women.
