Sebelius: Today's launch is just the beginning for exchanges

The launch of the Affordable Care Act's online insurance marketplaces will push through today despite the government shutdown, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said Monday. "Oct. 1 is not the end of anything; it is the beginning," she said. Multiple events have been set by Democrats and their allies throughout the country to promote the marketplaces today.
