Facebook's method of determining interactions related to TV content is designed to make the numbers appear significantly larger than Twitter's TV-tweet totals, and is "not a fair comparison," Sarah Perez writes. While Facebook is taking steps to improve its social TV data, Twitter "is for now ahead of Facebook" when it comes to complementing television, Perez writes.
