Organic grocers, farmers gear up for USDA organic labels

The USDA roll out of organic labels on Oct. 21 would move organic produce into the mainstream, according to organic consumers, farmers and grocers. Since the new rules only would apply to food produced on or after Oct. 21, the seal won't be visible in grocery stores for several months.
