TV executives see Web video as ally, not enemy:

YouTube Inc. and other Web video sites don't pose a threat to the TV industry, according to a group of TV and new-media executives. Web video is "definitely not a substitute for television," said Google Video director Jennifer Feiken, adding that it can "whet the appetite for TV.
