Wal-Mart offers employees personal health records

Wal-Mart is using a three-tier platform -- composed of data collection by its own Dossia coalition and the use of Indivo and WebMD Health Corp. technology -- to allow employees to create personal health records. Employees will be able to add information to their PHRs and decide which health care providers can see the data.
