Black women can lower breast cancer risk through diet

Black women who eat more fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and less-processed meats and sweets have a lower risk of breast cancer than peers who eat a diet that is not as healthful, researchers say. The findings do not apply to overweight or post-menopausal women, however.
