Canadian officials have confirmed that would-be visitors to the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver could be denied entry due to prior offenses, such as DUIs and other infractions. "Yes, the rules apply to everyone," said Faith St. John, communications adviser for Canada Border Services. "Every person seeking entry to Canada must demonstrate that they meet the requirements for entry into Canada. Canada's admissibility requirements will not change during the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games."
