Senators continue to compromise on card-check bill

Senate negotiators are continuing to modify the legislation that would make forming unions easier. At this point, Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, one of the lawmakers negotiating the changes, said he is not sure the legislation would have the votes needed to survive a filibuster this year. However, he expects the Senate to vote on the bill "at some point."
