Americans say one thing but eat another

U.S. consumers say they want more healthy options but only 23% of restaurant guests tend to choose healthier dishes, according to Technomic. Chains including Cheesecake Factory and IHOP say new lighter menu options have fared fairly well but still only make up a small part of overall sales.
