U.S. and global investors split on Buffett rule

More than 60% of global investors support President Barack Obama's so-called "Buffett rule" for taxing the nation's top earners, according to the latest Bloomberg Global Poll. However, more than half of respondents from the U.S. were against the proposal. "The U.S. does not have a tax rate problem -- we have a spending and entitlement problem," one U.S. investor said.
