Customer demand helps drive new Chase mobile app

Chase is unveiling an application for Windows Phone that lets users track their account activity. The free app "is the final piece to our portfolio," said Russ Eisenman, head of mobile marketing and partnerships at JPMorgan Chase. "It completes our app portfolio, and it was an important one for us. We also had a fairly big customer demand."
