After amputation, British teen Air Cadet marches once again

British teenager Harriet Wright opted for amputation after years of unsuccessful surgery and treatment for a club foot, deficient calf muscle, arthritis and foot drop in her left leg. The young Air Cadet, 15, now uses a prosthetic leg. She says, "The operation was the best thing in the world for me. ... I can stand on parade and will be doing full marches with the Air Cadets in the coming months."
