CFTC relief letters don't eliminate concern about SEF rules

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has issued a series of no-action relief letters ahead of today's deadline for requirements for swap-execution facilities, providing the industry with respite. However, market participants say the relief doesn't go far enough, expressing concern about reporting rules and other changes.
