Conn. middle school starts CrossFit club for students

A Connecticut middle school has started a fitness club for students that includes CrossFit strength and conditioning exercises. About 90 students are participating in the intense program, which uses exercises based on one's own body weight. While weight training is not typically offered for children, physical-education teacher Mark Fong says learning correct techniques keeps the workouts age-appropriate.
