DGA: White men still dominate directing for episodic TV

A new study from the Directors Guild of America found that nearly 75% of episodic television is directed by Caucasian males, with just 12% being directed by Caucasian women and 2% by minority females. "[D]iversity hiring statistics in episodic television have remained virtually unchanged across those three years," the DGA said.
