Q&A: 10% of each Whole Foods wine stock is eco-friendly

Whole Foods Market caters to its eco-friendly and sustainability-minded customers by stocking 10% of its wine department with brands that provide organically grown, biodynamic, sustainably farmed wines, said Doug Bell, Whole Foods' global wine and beer buyer. The natural- and organic-food giant carries about 25,000 SKUs of wine at any given time in its 245 locations across North America and the U.K.
