"Twilight" director Catherine Hardwicke says Hollywood's glass ceiling still intact

Catherine Hardwicke believed doors would easily open for her in Hollywood after she directed the first installment of the "Twilight" series, but she admits, "it hasn’t been easy." Amy Pascal, co-chair of Sony Pictures, agrees, "We are making strides, but we still have a long way to go. Clearly, there is no shortage of qualified women in the industry, but what you don’t see often enough are women owners and CEOs."
