Wis. bill could allow liquor samples in stores

A bill in the Wisconsin Legislature would allow retailers with a Class A license, primarily liquor and grocery stores, to serve up to three free half-ounce samples of liquor per customer per day. Current law allows for samples of beer and wine only. The bill, which has bipartisan support, will go before a public hearing Thursday.
