World economy is threatened by U.S. shutdown, Draghi warns

Mario Draghi, president of the European Central Bank, says a protracted shutdown of the U.S. government could hurt the global economy. "At the present time, the impression one has is that it will not be so, but if it were to be protracted, it's a risk to the U.S. and the world economy; we have to have this present in our minds," Draghi said.
