Wisconsin meatpacker expands recall

Emmpak Foods has expanded a ground beef recall from 416,000 pounds to 2.3 million pounds, USDA officials say. The recall was prompted by food safety inspectors' review of the plant's practices and company records. The meat has been linked to E. coli contamination.
