Price war hitting Cleveland food retailers

The arrival of Wal-Mart supercenters in Northeast Ohio is causing competitors such as Giant Eagle and Shop 'n Save to offer special coupon deals and reward bonuses. The price war has not traveled across state lines to nearby Pittsburgh, where a pound of ground beef now costs 10% more than it does in Cleveland.
