Aileron building LEEDing the way

The creators of Aileron, the new home for the Center for Entrepreneurial Education, in Bethel Township, Ohio, hope to never pay a water, gas or sewage bill again, by making the $30 million project environmentally friendly. The building, planned to open in 2007, will feature heat-exchanging wells in the ground that warm the building in the winter and cool it in the summer, as well as systems that recycle rain water for flushing toilets, use pond water to irrigate landscaping and pump well water for drinking.
